Here’s How it Works:
The Story Machine is set in a location for a fixed period of time.
Stories are created by the people who encounter the Story Machine.
The stories are created one person at a time, and one contribution at a time.
Each contributor sees only the most recently added story segment, and leaves the prompt for the next visitor.
At the end of the installation’s residence, the full story is posted here so participants can hear the whole, meandering story.
